Gardening Tips for fruitful living

Know your plant:
I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener.

Study how the expert grows fruit:

Every branch in me that does not produce fruit he removes, and he prunes every branch that produces fruit so that it will produce more fruit.

Keep your tools clean in a safe place:

You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. Remain in me, and I in you.

Ensure the plant is well bedded into good soil:

Just as a branch is unable to produce fruit by itself unless it remains on the vine, neither can you unless you remain in me.

Understand how vital your role is for fruit production:

I am the vine; you are the branches.

Understand how much more vital the plant’s role is for success:

The one who remains in me and I in him produces much fruit, because you can do nothing without me.

Beware of neglecting the routine tasks of gardening:

If anyone does not remain in me, he is thrown aside like a branch and he withers.

For further gardening hints, read an easily readable manual, join the local gardener’s club, and ask for help from someone there who knows the vine better than you do.

This unique sort of gardening club meets each SUNDAY at 10:00 and 11:30.
