St Patrick’s Groundworks

Everyone passing St Patrick’s on Church Street has probably seen the steel fencing and warning signs adorning them. Have you? The safety of our parishioners and visitors is very important to us, so in the next few months access to the church grounds will be strictly for services and concerts or for those working on the site. We apologise if this affects you badly. Included in the works is the much needed repair of the railings along the front, and the stones which support them. Also the drainage system has been uncovered and necessary repairs and access covers are being made. We hope to have all the work done before too long, but we are making no promises in case issues arise which need further work.
